Why do I pay upfront?

Your first month secures your spot in this limited Tier of 100 subscribers. The upfront payment guarantees your place and allows us to prepare everything for launch.

When will my first envelope be dispatched?

We begin dispatching as soon as the first 100 spots are filled. You’ll receive an update when we’re close to capacity and another when dispatch begins.

Will I be charged again before I receive anything?

No. If you purchased a subscription, it won’t start until we begin dispatching. Any future payments will follow our normal monthly schedule once the first dispatch is underway.

What happens after the first envelope launches?

Once the dispatch begins, your subscription moves onto a regular monthly cycle. You’ll be billed each month on our standard billing date, and your deliveries will follow the same schedule.

What if the batch doesn’t fill quickly?

We’ll keep you updated throughout. If there’s any significant delay, we’ll let you know. Your spot and your initial payment are secure and held until dispatch begins.

How will I receive updates?

Yes. We mail worldwide and shipping is included in the Tier pricing. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but all envelopes are formatted for smooth international processing.

You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
